3rd International Conference on Robotics and Mechantronics ICRoM-2019
Nowadays, Automation and Mechatronics Engineering play an increasingly important role in both control and engineering applications. In the real world, the environment is complex and dynamics. As such, the automation systems should learn and adapt accordingly and more efforts should be focused on the methodology of the learning system on one hand. For example, fast adaptation and self-organizing capability are highly desired and research activities on this type of development should be expedited. On the other hand, one should leverage on artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance their performance. Towards this end, the 2019 3rd International Conference on Robotics and Mechantronics (ICRoM 2019) will be organized.
ICRoM 2019 will take place on August 9-11, 2019 in Sabah, Malaysia. The main goal of ICRoM 2019 is to address latest original results in advanced intelligent control of automation systems, including both theoretical advances and practical implementations, which are becoming more and more popular in industry and in our daily lives. The ICRoM 2019 will provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for scientists, researchers, industry leaders, engineers and educators throughout the world to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, concerns, as well as practical challenges encountered, and streamline solutions in the fields of Automation and Mechatronics Engineering. The meeting will provide an opportunity to highlight recent developments and to identify emerging and future areas of growth in Robotics and Mechantronics.

Format of Abstract/Full Paper and Submission:
A. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings, be submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus index.
B. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Submission formatting:
One regular registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Format can be downloaded from the following link.
By submitting a paper to ICRoM, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that takes into account this feedback.

Refund: The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied, and cannot be refunded for any reason caused by delegates.
● One regular registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
● Author registration fee includes conference materials, lunch and dinner on August 10, 2019, conference bag, morning and afternoon teas, attending all technical sessions, conference document.
● At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
● One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one journal book.
● Registration fee for each accompanying person / listener is 250 U.S. Dollars.
● Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
● One Day Tour is optional for all participants (on payment basis).
Accommodation:
Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.
Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby .
Late Registration:
We only accept Listeners' onsite registration, for onsite registration delegate, the invitaiton letter will not be issued before the conference.
For full papers, If you register late(after the deadline), your paper may not be published on time.

2017 the International Conference on Robotics and Mechantronics (ICRoM 2017) had been held in Hong Kong Polytechnic University successfully during Dec. 12-14 , 2017. ICRoM 2017 conference proceedings has been online in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
2018 2nd International Conference on Robotics and Mechantronics (ICRoM 2018) had been held in Nanyang Executive Centre, which is is located at the Yunnan Garden Campus of Nanyang Technological University during October 9-11, 2018 successfully.
